Gate driver IC

In power electronics gate driver ic are required to compensate the junction capacitance of power electronic switches. Usually high current capability ic are required. In this blog post the gate driver ic are classified in terms of their driving current,

output polarity and their capability of driving high side or low side mosfet.

  1. Hi.
    FAN 3111 comes to mind.
It would be interesting to have a costing also associated with it.
    Kind regards

  2. Thanks for the suggestion. Let me get some more information before adding it. Costing issue is left to the reader with the online electronic sites.
